Step and tap target (both hands) - forwards

Start in standing, with a chair a little distance in front of you.
Practice taking a large step and tapping the chair in front with both hands.
Hold for a moment.
Keep your back foot in contact with the floor, allowing your heel to lift.
Step back to the start position.
Repeat with your opposite leg.
Gradually increase the distance between you and the chair to increase difficulty.
