Step and tap target (both hands) - backwards and turn
Start in standing, with a chair a little distance behind you.
Practice taking a large step backwards and tapping the chair behind with both hands.
Hold the position for a moment.
Keep your standing foot planted on the floor.
Step back to the start position.
Repeat with your other leg.
Gradually increase the distance between you and the surface to increase difficulty.
