Stationary cycling - Setting up a bike
Stand alongside the bike.
Adjust the saddle height using the pins so that the seat is in parallel with your hip height.
Once sitting on the bike, ensure your feet are snug in the pedal holders.
Rotate the pedals to ensure your knees remain in a slightly bended position throughout cycling and are not completely straight.
