Starfish (primitive reflex) ("Starfish" Startle (Moro) reflex, primitive reflex integration)

Lie on your back over 2-3 pillows.
Take your arms and legs out to the side and let your head fall backwards.
Cross your right arm over your left arm and your right leg over your left leg.
Curl up into a tight ball.
Then open up your arms and legs and lay backwards over the pillows again.
Now cross you left arm over your right arm and your left leg over your right leg.
Then curl up into a ball.
Again open your arms and legs up and lay backwards over the pillow.
An adult can help with this movement.
