Star jacks

Stand with your feet hip-width apart.
Keep your arms straight and bring them in front of your hips.
Squat down and brush the floor with your fingertips.
Push back up in an explosive manner and immediately jump up into a star shape with your arms up and legs out to the sides.
After a controlled landing with your hips, knees and toes aligned, repeat the squat and jump sequence.
