Standing unilateral shoulder abduction above 90⁰ BA (level 1) (Shoulder abduction above 90° buoyancy assisted (level 1) - reaching to side)

Stand up straight with a wall to your side and the water at shoulder depth.
Hold onto the wall with your nearest hand, you will be exercising your opposite shoulder.
Hold a dumbbell float in your hand.
With your palm facing forwards, slowly allow your arm to float out to the side towards the surface of the water
Place both your feet at the base of the wall and slowly lean into the pool, keeping your arm on the surface.
