Begin standing with feet slightly apart. Bend forward and grab hold behind your knees.
Gently arch your back and pull your shoulder blades apart until you feel a stretch.
Tuck your chin slightly to keep your head and neck in line.
Avoid straining or pulling too hard into this stretch to avoid injury.
