Standing sliding shoulder abduction/adduction

Stand upright in front of a table with your feet slightly apart.
Rest your hands on something that slides easily.
Move your arms diagonally outwards and then back again.
Follow the movement with the upper body, hinging at the hips.
Do not let the upper back round.
