Standing shoulder medial rotation stretch BA (Shoulder external rotators stretch, buoyancy assisted, arm behind back, standing)
Stand up straight with a wall to your side and the water at shoulder depth.
Hold onto the wall with your nearest hand, you will be exercising your opposite shoulder.
Hold onto a dumbbell float.
Reach behind your back with the float, allowing your arm to float up towards your upper back.
Keep your hand close to your back.
Return to the start position.
