Standing shoulder flexion and extension (AROM)
Stand in front of a table with a towel spread out on top.
Place the hand of your affected arm on top of the towel.
Use your other arm to support yourself on the table.
Slide your affected arm forwards on the table.
Slide your arms back towards you on the table.
Keep your arm straight throughout.
Repeat for the required number of repetitions.
