Standing Scapula Retraction with Resistance Band

Firmly attach an exercise band in front of you at shoulder level. Stand tall facing the band with your arms straight. Lift one arm to horizontal and hold the exercise band. Allow your shoulder blade to glide forwards through the guidance of the band.

Pull the band and move your shoulder blade backwards towards the spine. In a controlled manner, return your shoulder blade to the starting position.
