Standing Resisted Chest Fly with Exercise Band

Stand tall with an exercise band around your upper back. Hold both ends of the exercise band with elbows bent, palms facing inward.

Start by pushing your hands forward. Then bring your arms to the side and open your chest in a controlled manner. Keeping your elbows slightly bent, bring your arms forward and push your hands together.
