Standing knee flexion squat BR (level 2) (Knee flexion buoyancy resisted, sitting back (level 2))

Stand up straight in the water holding onto the poolside at a depth as instructed by your therapist.
You may need to use a pool step to alter the depth of the water. Keep your feet shoulder width apart at arm’s length from the wall.
Place a noodle under your hips.
Sit back into the water as if to sit in a chair.
Return to start position.
