Standing hip medial rotation/lateral rotation BA (level 1) (Hip external/internal rotation buoyancy assisted (level 1), leg forward 90/90)
Stand up straight in the water holding onto the poolside.
Keeping your back straight, slowly lift your leg up in front of you, bending your hip and knee to 90 degrees.
Leading with your heel, slowly rotate your lower leg in and out.
Maintain the same position with your thigh.
