Standing high knee march – knee to elbow (High knee march, in place, cross-body crunch)

Stand up straight with your arms raised in front of you and your elbows bent to 90 degrees.
When ready, simultaneously lift one knee and lower your opposite elbow until they meet.
Ensure your rotate at your waist, keeping your hips facing directly ahead.
Return to the start position and repeat, leading with your other leg and elbow.
