Standing calf stretch (soleus)

Standing calf stretch (soleus)

Stand tall with your feet hip-width apart.
Take a step back with one leg and move most of your weight onto that leg.
Keep the heel on the ground and squat down to bend the ankle of the rear leg.
Keep your knee aligned with the toes and try not to let the ankle collapse inwards.
Hold the stretch while breathing smoothly.
Then relax.
