Standing Calf Stretch (Heel against Wall)

Stand with one foot in front of the other hip distance apart. Have the back heel touching a wall.

Take the weight forward into the front foot. Keep the body in line with the back leg. Heels should stay in contact with the floor.

You should feel a stretch in the calf of your back leg.
