Standing band-resisted pull apart
Stand upright with the end of a resistance band held in each hand.
Keeping your arms straight, raise your arms above your head.
Pull the band apart, until your hands are out at each side and parallel to the ground.
The band should pass behind your neck.
Slowly return to starting position and then repeat.
