Standing active hip abduction DR (level 3) (Hip abduction drag resisted (level 3), leaning to wall - lifting quickly)
Stand upright with a wall to your side.
Hold onto the wall with your nearest hand.
Step sideways from the wall with both of your feet, and assume a diagonal position with a straight line from your head to your feet.
Quickly push your top leg up towards the surface, then allow it to sink back to your other foot.
Allow it to slowly sink back down to the starting position by your other foot.
