Stand on Rotating Discs/Towels

Put rotating disc/towels under your feet, you can stand in front of a corner so that the walls will provide support if you lose your balance. Try not to touch the wall with your hands.

Rotate your feet away from each other, and then towards each other, the movement should come from your hips. Keep your trunk upright and arms relaxed.
