Stability ball single arm fly

Hold a weight in both hands and roll back onto a stability ball until the ball is under your shoulder blades.
Keeping your hips up, raise both arms directly up towards the ceiling until your elbows are fully straightened.
Using a single arm at a time, slowly lower the weight out to the side until your arm is parallel to the ground.
Control the movement as you raise the weights back up to the starting position and then repeat on the opposite arm.
