Stability ball dumbbell fly
Lie face down, chest supported on a stability ball.
Hold a weight in each hand, with your arms out to your sides.
Squeeze your shoulder blades together and then lift your arms up and off the ground.
Try to keep your arms straight throughout.
Control the movement back to the start position and repeat.
