Squat with Free Weights

Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, resting your arms straight down at your sides. With the dumbbells in your hands, brace your core and keep your chest open.

Begin to push your hips back, bending your knees as if you’re going to sit down.
Ensure that your knees do not cave in or travel further than your toes.
Push up evenly through your whole foot back to the starting position.
