Squat and heel raise on incline board

Stand on an incline board on one leg, with a sling around your back.
Squat down on the standing leg.
Stand up out of the squat and raise on to your tiptoe.
At the same time lift the opposite knee up towards your chest.
Lower back down into the squat.
