Split Squat with Kettlebell

Hip width stand with one leg in front and the other back. Take a grip of the kettlebell. Keep your shoulder back. Lengthen the spine.

Breathe in. Squat down and lower the back knee down. Keep the chest up.

Breathe out and straighten your knees to the starting position.
