Slow walking alternating high knee march (arm swing) (High knee march, walking slowly, with opposite arm swing (alternate))

Stand up straight with your arms by your sides.
When ready, bring one knee up as high as you can in front of you, whilst raising your opposite arm.
Maintain your balance.
Keep your torso upright and avoid twisting.
Lower your arm and leg down, taking a forward step.
Repeat, leading with your other arm and leg.
Continue to travel slowly in a forward direction.
