Slow and Heavy Resisted Wrist Flexion

Start by supporting your forearm on a surface, with hand and wrist hanging off and palm upwards. Hold an exercise band, that is secured straight under your hand (with slack taken off).

Keep your forearm against the surface and slowly bend your wrist upwards against the resistance. Holding back the movement, slowly return to starting position.
