Slosh pipe lift in single-leg standing

Stand holding a slosh pipe with both hands.
Lift the slosh pipe up toward the ceiling, as high as you are able.
Lift one leg and find your balance.
Try to maintain the slosh pipe in this position for as long as advised.
Then return to the starting position.
