Sit at a table at elbow height or slightly lower.
Place one hand, palm down, on a small towel with fingers straight.
Place the other hand on top.
Glide your hands, along with the towel, from the centre towards one front corner of the table in a controlled manner.
Bring your hands back to the centre and then towards the other front corner.
Allow your elbows to bend and straighten, and trunk to rotate to allow full range of movement. Try to use both upper limbs as evenly as possible.
