Sit at a table that is elbow height or slightly lower. Clasp your hands and place them on top of a small towel on the table (to reduce friction).
Glide your hands, along with the towel, from the center towards one front corner of the table in a controlled manner. Bring your hands back to the center and then towards the other front corner. Allow your elbows to bend and straighten and trunk to rotate to allow for full movement. Try to use both upper limbs as evenly as possible.
