Slash pipe arabesque, alternating arms

Stand up straight on one leg with your other leg lifted up in front of you at 90 degrees.
Hold a slash pipe in each hand.
Raise both arms up overhead.
Bend forwards at the hip while reaching one arm forward and your non-standing leg and other arm straight behind you.
Make sure you move through the hip and that you keep your spine neutral.
Slowly return to the starting position and repeat.
