Skate jumps - cable machine

Stand up straight next to the cable machine.
Place the belt of the cable machine around your waist.
When ready, jump to the side away from the machine with one leg.
Quickly bring the other foot next to the leg you jumped with.
Quickly jump towards the machine using the opposite leg.
Repeat the movement.
Turn around 180 degrees so that you can repeat the exercise in the opposite direction.
