Sitting thoracic rotation with reach (Upper trunk rotation AROM, leading with arm, sitting on stability ball)
Sit up straight on a stability ball.
Lift one arm up to shoulder height and move it across your body, rotating your upper body and head with the movement.
Return to the start position and rotate the other way, using the other arm.
Try to increase how far you rotate with each repetition.
Required equipment: Ball - large, Stability Ball
