Sit ups with stability ball throw (partner)

Lying on your back with legs bent and a ball behind your head.
Tighten your abdominal muscles, press down the small of your back.
Sit up and throw the ball to a partner standing in front of you.
Your partner will return the ball and catch it whilst returning to the starting position.
