Single-leg Wall Squat with Exercise Ball (Toe Assistance)
Start by standing with an exercise ball placed between your back and a wall. Place one foot slightly behind the other and have most of your weight on your front leg.
Squat down. Keep your knees aligned with your feet. Push back up to the starting position.
