Single-leg squat with running arms on balance board

Stand on one leg on a balance board with your arms by your sides.
Find your balance.
When ready, squat down with your standing leg.
Keep your heel down and knee aligned with your toes.
Simultaneously, with your elbows bent move your opposite side arm forward and your other arm backward, mimicking a running motion.
Push back up to standing and repeat.
