Single leg squat on box ("Squat, single leg" Lower body strengthening, arms forward, on box)

Stand upright on a box, and then move your weight onto one leg.
Hold your arms out in front for balance.
Keeping your back straight, bend your stance leg as you reach your elevated leg out in front.
Push your hips back behind you.
Drive through your heel, thigh, and buttock muscles as you straighten you stand back up, and repeat.
Keep your back straight and gaze directly ahead throughout.
