Single leg squat (other foot on stool)

Stand on one leg (on a block/step if necessary) with the other leg resting on a foot stool.

Keeping good knee alignment, do a knee bend on the standing leg with the lower leg totally still, hollow your back slightly and push out your bottom.

Return to standing. Repeat the exercise.
