Single leg resisted triceps pull down

Stand upright on one leg.
Keeping your upper arms by your sides, grasp the end of a resistance band in each hand.
Take the strain of the weight and pull the band down until your elbows are straight and arms are by your side.
Hold briefly before you allow your arms to return to the starting position.
Make sure you maintain your balance throughout.
