Single leg gastrocnemius stretch on a wedge (Gastrocnemius stretch, toes on wedge, standing)

Stand up straight with a wedge on the floor in front of you.
Place the foot of the leg you would like to stretch onto the wedge.
Move your weight forwards until you feel a stretch in the back of your lower leg.
Hold this position.
