Single leg broad jump (with arm swing)

Stand on one leg with hands held by your sides.
Push off forcefully through your leg, swinging your arms back and then forward to increase momentum.
Land on the same leg, absorbing the impact by bending the ankle, knee, and hip joints.
Your knee must travel forwards, over your toes, and not rotate inward.
Stabilise the landing for the required amount of time and then repeat.
