Single leg bridge with hip flexion

Lie on your back with your knees bent.
Hold onto your right knee and pull it in towards chest.
Lift up your hip as high as you can, you should feel the muscles in the backs of your thighs and buttocks tightening to lift.
Return slowly to starting position.
Then repeat the same exercise with the opposite leg.
