Single leg balance with eyes closed - alternating legs

Stand with your weight evenly distributed through both feet.
When ready, transfer your weight onto one leg with your knee slightly bent.
Lift your other foot from the floor and aim to keep your balance.
Next, close your eyes and try to maintain your balance.
Hold this position for as long as advised.
Repeat on your other leg.
