Single Arm Wall Slide Version 1

Stand with your side near a wall, with the outside of your arm against the wall and one foot forward, keeping the weight on the front foot. Gently lengthen your spine through your feet to the top of your head.

Shift your weight to the front of your foot and slide your arm up without lifting your shoulder. Shift your weight back to the heel and allow your arm to slide back to the starting position.
