Single-arm shoulder press with dumbbell (Wheelchair)
Sit in your wheelchair with your feet resting on the footrests, and ensure the brakes are applied.
Hold a dumbbell in one hand, bend your elbow and bring the dumbbell to your shoulder.
Your palm should be facing towards you and elbow pointing forwards.
When ready, press the weight overhead ensuring your arm is fully locked out.
Lower the dumbbell back down to your shoulder, and repeat.
