Single-arm shoulder press in sitting with water bottle

Sit in a chair with your arms by your sides holding a water bottle in one hand.
Bend the elbow to 90 degrees and lift your arm to shoulder level elbow pointing forwards.
This is your starting position.
Then press the water bottle up over your head and straighten your elbow.
Return back to starting position and repeat.
