Single arm bent over dumbbell row
Stand hinged over at the waist holding a dumbbell in one hand with opposite hand and knee on a bench.
Keeping your back straight, pull your shoulder blades together.
Pull the dumbbell upwards towards the side of your rib cage then slowly lower the weights back to the starting position.
Complete the set on one side before repeating with the opposite arm.
