Side Reaches Sitting in Chair
Sit on a firm chair, or the side of a bed if that feels safer to you.
Reach to the side as far as you feel comfortable and safe. The goal is to keep your head upright (neutral position). Don't let your head tip to the side you are reaching towards.
Repeat to the left and to the right.
