Side crunch in standing with knee lifts ("Crunch to side" Core/abdominal strengthening, with knee lifts, hands behind head, standing)

Stand up straight with your fingers clasped behind your head and your elbows away from your ears.
Lift one knee up towards waist height out to your side as you simultaneously bend your trunk to touch your knee to your elbow.
Return to the start position, then repeat to the other direction.
