Shuttle running forwards and backwards between targets with forward bend at each target

Place small cones on the floor, evenly spaced apart in a horizontal line.
From the centre, place a starting cone a few paces away, in front of the other cones.
Begin standing at the starting cone and run forward towards the 1st cone.
When you arrive at 1st cone, tap it by bending forwards with your head down.
Then straighten back up and run backwards to the starting cone.
Tap the starting cone by bending forwards with your head down.
Then straighten back up and run forwards to the 2nd cone.
Repeat until you have tapped all the cones.
